This is a free event, and food and drinks will be available to purchase at the venue - the City Gate Hotel, Exeter.

James Claverley (National Physical Laboratory) will be the headline speaker, and present the results of the LGBTQ+ Physical Sciences Climate Survey conducted in 2017 by the Institute of Physics, the Royal Astronomical Society and the Royal Society of Chemistry.

Agnes Bacon, will also be speaking and is a second-year PhD student from the Nanomaterials research group at the University of Exeter. She will be talking about her research that looks at using two dimensional materials, such as graphene, to make nanoscale optoelectronic devices and lighting technologies with the goal of integrating them into wearable electronics.
